Neal is an Elementary Teacher specializing in education arts and entertainment.  He is also the Founder and Creative Director of Broadway Sings for Pride, a non-profit organization that raises LGBTQIA awareness via annual celebrity concert fundraisers.  

In this episode, Neal discusses how an abiding passion and long naps fuel his teaching and creative projects, social progress made by the LGBTQ community, adapting education to ultramodern learning styles, and technology’s effect on collective intelligence.
