In true therapeutic form, we start off discussing my mother, and end up reflecting on the recent loss of my brother. Along the way, we venture to deconstruct what constitutes "genius," examine how habitual resistance prevents creative bliss, and attempt to differentiate authentic joy from absolute mania.
